2. Mobile Messaging Service Terms

By consenting to Modern Longevity's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of our business through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.

Program Description: We send two types of messages, each with its own separate consent:

• Non-marketing: Appointment reminders, telehealth links, treatment updates, and patient care information.
• Marketing and promotional: Special offers, wellness tips, and new service updates.

Opt-In: Users opt in to receive messages by completing an intake or contact form on our website (www.modlongevity.com or our program pages) and checking the explicit consent box for each message type. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
